  Kitchen home was not equipped for cooking appliances big enough to cook for 11 people. The Toaster was not operable & was subjected to the broiler on the oven just to toast bagels. Woke up the 1st morning to ants in the kitchen all over thr counters and cabinets and covered a dirty dish sponge that was left there when we arrived. There was only one garbage bag in the kitchen/2 rolls of toilet paper for each toilet (2) for 11 people & was told that is all they supply. We were there for 4 nights. The living room was smaller than expected for 11 people & kitchen table only seated 4 people which made it difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee/bagel. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

  The photos on the listing are accurate and reflect the size and layout of the living and kitchen areas. We aim to provide a clear representation so guests know what to expect upon arrival.
  
  We provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper and garbage bags to get guests started. For any additional needs, there’s a dollar store conveniently located just around the corner.
  
  Regarding the ants, we do have a monthly professional pest control service in place to help prevent issues. However, as is common in warmer climates, sugar ants can appear quickly if food is left out. They’re surprisingly persistent, even in professionally treated homes.
  
  I wish you had let me know about the toaster during your stay; we would have been happy to bring a replacement right away. As for the kitchen, it is equipped with standard-sized appliances and cookware appropriate for the space and typical guest use.

  There were ants all over the kitchen. It was an obvious problem as there were ant traps out. Ended up leaving a day early because of this.

  We will have an exterminator out as soon as possible and have the house treated. We keep bait out to keep them at bay and have also replenished this.

  The house was well kept and had all we needed, it was great to have a full kitchen and laundry. Would stay again in the future.
