Concert trip
4/5 I will begin with what a lovely, spacious, and clean home. The family was delighted to discover the towel animals. The pond out back created a tranquil area for the family to relax in. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood.A few things that would have enhanced the stay are extra towels. Also, instructions on where the recycling bin was and what can be recylced would be helpful.The reason it gets four out of five stars is the communication between myself and the property company. A few days after making the reservation, I asked to extend the stay by one night. I did not get a response and messaged again several weeks later. The response came over a week later that they could not extend the stay. The bad communication continued. On the day of checking in, I received an email stating they could not extend the reservation. The communication was terrible between myself and the property company.

Beautiful House
5/5 Linda’s house is wonderful! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful backyard. It had a serene pond with a waterfall. Each night we’d listen to the sounds of frogs which was nice. Close to many things around Dash Point/Browns Point area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

It felt like a home not a vacation rental.
5/5 The hostess was excellent. The home was spotless. Quiet neighborhood yet close to strip malls and grocery stores.
