Almost perfect.
4/5 We really appreciated all the thoughtful provisions the owner has made to make our stay feel like home.The two apartments are not sound proof, so you can hear footsteps and muffled voices of guests upstairs if you are staying in unit B (downstairs) this was not an issue for us as it happened on the morning, on the day we were checking out.Also, despite how clean everything was inside, there were fruit/drain flies around the basket on the kitchen counter and around the bin. A zevo light might be the solution.Overall, the unit was safe and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Cozy Tacoma
4/5 The property was so cozy cute and clean!! Great kitchen, laundry and outdoor patio!Slept great the first night when no one was renting UPPER unit above. The MISleading listing said this was an ENTIRE HOME i.e. single family ; however, it is a 2 unit upstairs and downstairs and floors are VERY CREAKY if you are there during someones upstairs stay. Upstairs guests were NOT quiet and I was afraid of that VERY issue when I contacted the manager at time of booking. Shame, otherwise its the PERFECT place and Id stay EVERY summer!!
