Great Condo!
5/5 Highly recommend! The condo is nicely decorated, very clean and has all the amenities needed. If you do need something, many stores literally right around the corner including grocery, pharmacy, eating and shopping. It is a quiet area with beautiful grounds to walk around. Being near the expressway, it is great that everything is only 20-30 minutes away including Old Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, Riverwalk, and the Phoenix airport. A must stay!

As you might have seen during your stay, the groundskeepers use leaf blowers every morning to clean up the common areas. During that process, they blow leaves and debris into the adjoining patios. We have requested that this not happen and will continue to press the issue until it is resolved. Thanks again for your feedback."

Excellent Property
5/5 Excellent property in great neighborhood. It would be nice to have some grab handles to help stepping into the rather deep tub. We would certainly stay here again.

Comfort and Convenience
5/5 We were delayed and did not arrive until late evening. Our contact, John was so helpful in directing us, in the dark, to the location. The condo was clean and comfortable, plus centrally located to highway, restaurants, and friends we came to see.
