Large, clean home great for a get away
4/5 The house was large and very clean. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out and have our own space at the end of the day.
A few reasons why I gave it a 4 rating instead of a 5...the pool was not clean when we arrived. I contacted the property manager who assured me a pool tech would be over late morning. He never showed up until 5p that day and when he left the hot tub emptied. Another 3.5 hours to get yet another pool tech to the house and remedy the hot tub situation. More texts (you can't call and speak to a live person) the following day to get the hot tub water hot.
Also the temp in the upstairs house area would get up to 82 degrees at night. No matter what we did with the settings.
They did accommodate an early check in and late check out which was much appreciated.
Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed stating at this house.

Great location
4/5 This property was close to restaurants, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a friends gathering. Beautiful views and large patio/pool area.
Pool was not able to be heated which was disappointing, but spa was. Also - previously listed as 4 bathrooms, but actually 3.5 bathrooms.
