The trip worked out very well. We had family come in from Norway, Tennessee, and Texas...basically my immediate family (Wife, 2 sons, 1 daughter, and grandson). I drove down w/the baby gear and the dog, and the family flew in. It was farther from Quail Creek on Immokolee than I had expected...boy the traffic is tough there this time of year, but it all worked out very nicely. The place was well kept, and had enough room for us, and the ability to let the dog out in a fence facility was very nice. The grocery store, publix, was close. Walking around the neighborhood was a bit tough, but people for the most part were nice and made room. Naples has sure grown a lot since my parents built a vacation home there in the early 90's. Great town to visit...not sure I'd ever live there w/that quantity of people. Unlike my parents - I'm not a country club / retirement community person, but it's been great for them. All comes down to what you value in a community, but the home was very clean and nice. I'd stay there again...but at this stage looks like I'm headed there full time until the end...this coming week. Sorry for the late review...just a lot going on at my property in Texas, preparing to leave, and heading back to FL.

This property was better than we expected!! :) so clean and relaxing! Loved the master suite - we brought our twins and they were very comfortable in their pack and plays in that room.
We also loved the screened in porches area!
Thank you for your hospitality!

Our stay was pleasant . There were a couple blips out of anyone’s control such as the power going out after a storm. The power company diligently worked on the issue. The backyard is filled with nature to include raccoons and possums at night . The home is gated so that’s always nice and the home was beautiful. The one drawback was the that the back door did not lock. I informed the property manager during our stay so hopefully for the next guest the lock will be fixed. I am big on locked doors to secure myself and family. Overall a pleasant and quiet trip

We stayed 3 nights in this house. There was parking in the driveway but also the garage (with garage door opener and remote) which was very convenient. The main bedroom was very large and the two other rooms were a nice size. It would be helpful to have more flat space/solid, cleanable surfaces to set up luggage in the bedrooms, also a reading lamp in the main bedroom would be nice. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There was a small sewing kit as well as some sunscreen, hair products, and lotion left by previous guests. The kitchen has very nice cookware, knives, good selection of spices and pretty much everything else that would be needed. There was some beach gear in the garage with beach chairs, sun hats, and a canopy. The screened in porch had a flatscreen TV with remote and the huge backyard had a nice fire pit area. The house was very clean. If we return to the area we will definitely stay at this house again.
