4/5 Cute two story townhome in a great location. walking distance to beach, and Walmart, Winn Dixie and restaurants all within minutes drive.
The community is great, pool is nice and easily accessible.
The temperature between the first and second floor does vary to where as soon as you go up the stairs it feels warm, but it's manageable. the rooms have ceiling fans which help a lot . I loved the balcony in the larger bedroom .
Only downfall was that the text I received right before check in had extra instructions on what is expected upon check out, which the initial email requests that the dishwasher gets ran, but the last minute text asks that you to also put the dishes up before you leave.
I understand leaving some sort of order in the place, but I'm there on vacation, the last thing I want to do to close out my vacay is a chore ; they also ask you to bag all your trash and find the dumpster.
Would highly recommend your cleaning crew does this, as it does put a little damper of stress to close out the visit . Other wise all else was great !!!

Best vacation yet!
5/5 We had an 8 hr trip to get PCB and we not disappointed. The place was cozy and homie and had just about all the appliances and dishes anyone could ask for. After we unpacked we took a short walk across the main road and to the beach with the kids and they had a blast for the next few hours. There were extra beach towels! Awesome! Washing machine and dryer worked great! Plenty of bath towels! A must with girls! The two out door pools and jacuzzi were an added bonus. We had a great time and can't thank the owners enough for providing us the rental to enjoy our vacation. We did have a few minor issues but they were no not show stoppers. The sliding door on the balcony on the second floor needs new rollers as it is very difficult to slide it open. And one of the upper rooms was a little warm at night but we close the vents down in the kitchen and that pumped more air into the upper room and the kids were happy. Would I stay at this place again? Absolutely! Best time ever!❤️
