My family and I stayed here and it was very relaxing! My 4 year old loved the games provided and even my 2 year old was occupied with some toys they had! Everything was clean and tidy.
I did have 3 concerns. 1) The pots and pans selection was very limited and what they did have were dirty. The Cast Iron was not seasoned so everything was sticking.
2) We had to buy our own paper towels because none were provided for us except for what was already out. It wasn’t even a new roll. 3) If you are going to provide a refrigerator with and Ice/Water attachment then you may want to plug in the refrigerator to the water to get some.
Besides that the stay was comfortable and we all left rested!

The house was wonderful! Great location, wonderful deck and lots of space. We had a great time!
We have just left Tucked Inn. We had some concerns and disappointments during our stay which we did not address immediately because we had little time during our stay to take time to do this. And, they did not come to our attention all at once.
When I was able to communicate them post stay (including photos), the response was “so sorry”.
1. The property was not cleaned well. All of the dishes were dirty, not a little, very unclean. Every dish. Chunks of food and grease. We had to clean them all before we used them. There were also dishes left in the dishwasher.
2. The bathrooms were also not cleaned well. The bath mats did not look they had been cleaned in some time. The shower also looked like it had not been cleaned/sanitized in some time, red/pink grime and hair. This made us question how clean the body towels were.
3. The listing notes that there were complimentary toiletries. Only hand soap was included. There were no facial tissues, despite being a tissue box cover. We had to make an extra trip to the store to get these items ourself for the stay.
4. The firewood the we paid for in addition to cabin cost/fees was old and wet and was a struggle to get burning.
Overall we are disappointed with the quality of upkeep. Based on our experience, we would not choose this cabin again. And we would be very hesitant to use an Evolve property.

She mentioned that she hand-washed the dishes the week prior to your stay, and she was unaware of any remaining food residue. Regarding the dishwasher, she was not aware of the dishes left inside, and we apologize for any oversight in this regard.
- Our cleaner assured us that she thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the bathrooms between each guest's stay, including washing the bath mats and shower area. She mentioned that the rugs had been washed the week prior to your arrival. We apologize if there were any lapses in cleanliness and appreciate your feedback.
- We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the availability of toiletries. While we do provide hand soap as complimentary toiletries, we understand the importance of having additional items such as facial tissues. We will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.
- We apologize for the quality of the firewood provided. We will ensure that future guests receive dry and suitable firewood for their use.
We are disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services for future guests.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
This rating comes after being locked out of the cabin. I am a type 1 diabetic and needed my insulin which I left behind at the cabin. My family and I returned to the cabin, and the host changed the keypad password without notifying us. This was extremely frustrating. The cabin was not as clean as the other cabins we've stayed at in the pass in Hochatown/Brokenbow area. I killed a few roaches the first day. A few dishes were dirty. The refrigerator did not have the water connection to dispense water or ice. I personally would not stay at this cabin again. We were able to get into contact with Evolve who connected us to the host to resolve the password situation. Not a great experience.

- We sincerely apologize for the issue with the lock. The front lock is Wi-Fi connected, and the internet connection may have caused the interruption when you attempted to unlock it. Please rest assured that we did not change the lock code; it's created upon booking confirmation and remains unchanged until check-out. Our guest contact provided immediate assistance, and we are actively working on replacing the lock system with a more reliable one.
- The dishes are used and placed in cabinets by our guests, and we apologize for any oversight on our part.
- We take pest control seriously and have a dedicated team that regularly treats the property. We will ensure that the home receives more thorough treatment moving forward to maintain its cleanliness and comfort.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and it was truly a beautiful home. The kids really enjoyed the toys provided.
