Perfect rental
5/5 It’s in good shape for a rental! We are so appreciative of the effort that went into it. It was all decorated for Christmas and our host was very responsive when we needed to communicate with them. The game room was the perfect addition for traveling with kiddos. Thanks for a great stay!

VRBO to Evolve
3/5 I was disappointed with the floors. They were dirty and tore up. The manager said they were going to be putting new floors in. (2 weeks later) I clean houses for a living and you are paying way to much for the job that they are not doing. My biggest complaint is that I booked through VRBO but somehow it was through Evolve. I am going to look to book somewhere else. Too many fees. I think I paid VRBO 500 and the same to Evolve. With all that we did have a great time at the house. Great views and not far from town.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: "During your stay, there were specific areas where the flooring had started to come up due to a previously undiscovered defect. We were transparent about this issue and informed you before your stay concluded. Regrettably, the earliest opportunity for the replacement of the flooring was two weeks after your initial arrival. We would like to reassure you that we have since installed brand-new flooring, and it should not pose any issues moving forward. Moreover, we extended an early check-in option to you as a gesture of compensation for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this matter, and we are committed to providing you with a more comfortable and enjoyable experience in the future."
Beautiful view
5/5 We had an adult/ spouse/children family get-together and this location was perfect! Lots of seating, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and very spacious !! Had some cleanliness issues but still had no issues! There were a few things damaged but the property manager was already awareI highly recommend for family events !!
