Very Clean
5/5 We loved this place. It was clean and secluded. Seemed to be in a good location for what we we there for. The layout for the bathrooms were a bit odd. It was fine for us but may not work for some. Overall would definitely recommended!

Great spot close to Campus/Downtown Knox
5/5 Had a wonderful time at this location. Loved being hidden in the trees, but a quick drive to campus or downtown Knoxville. Will definitely look to stay here again.

5/5 It was perfect. My only complaint was that there weren’t enough mirrors. It was a challenge getting ready to go out because there were only the 2 mirrors. And my 19 yo daughter really wanted a full view mirror for her outfit check. We made so tho and it didn’t stop us from anything.

Perfect house for family vacations, great location, wonderful host
5/5 The property was perfect for our family vacation. The sheets, comforters and mattresses were extremely inviting, the house was clean, and the location was in the perfect spot for visits to downtown Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.
The host was extremely responsive, kind, and provided a lot of great suggestions for activities. He addressed all our needs and questions immediately.
We would absolutely stay here again.
